Under the surface

It takes a whole system to make it this simple.

Drawn from Theryve's own code, and redrawn with every release.

Building India's first actionable healthcare MCP

The Practice OS for India's independent doctors.

One calm screen for the doctor and one app for the patient, with AI agents, apps and clinic devices working as one system behind them.

Built with Claude · Runs on Google · Inside Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini

For AI and platform teams

Your platforms, at work in India's clinics.

Theryve is built on a few world-class platforms. Here is exactly what each one does inside the product.

The system, from above

  • Anthropic

Claude builds Theryve, and Theryve brings India's doctors into Claude.

    • Claude Code leads every part of the build: it plans, writes, tests and ships the platform.
    • Claude.ai is where each part is designed before it is built.
    • Claude Design shaped the Theryve brand and its design system.
    • The Theryve MCP app puts medicines, lab tests and NMC-verified doctors inside Claude conversations.
  • Google

Every Theryve agent thinks with Gemini and runs on Google Cloud.

    • Gemini Live gives the AI front desk its voice. Gemini Flash interviews patients before a visit and writes the doctor's brief.
    • Agents built with the Agent Development Kit run on Agent Runtime, and on Cloud Run in Mumbai.
    • The Business Profile API keeps each doctor's Google listing accurate and current. (Integration pending.)
    • Search Console shows how patients find each doctor's website. (Integration pending.)
    • Workspace gives every doctor a professional email address. (Integration pending.)
    • YouTube carries each doctor's videos to patients. (Integration pending.)
    • Maps locates every clinic, and Text-to-Speech announces every token.
  • Meta

India talks on WhatsApp, so Theryve answers there.

    • The AI front desk answers texts, voice notes and photos as the clinic, around the clock.
    • Prescriptions and reminders arrive on WhatsApp, in the doctor's name.
    • Each doctor's posts, written and designed by Theryve's content agents, go out on Facebook and Instagram.

Also running on Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare and n8n.

See how it all connects

What people see

For a patient, one message. For a doctor, one screen.

  • The patient

Books from WhatsApp, a voice call or an AI assistant. Waits at home while the queue moves on their phone. Gets called in, leaves with the prescription on their phone, and gets a reminder for every dose.

  • The doctor

Starts the day with each patient's pre-consult brief already written. Writes, dictates or scans a prescription in seconds. Gets a brand, a website and a steady stream of content, made by AI agents.

  • The clinic

Pulse calls each token aloud. The AI front desk answers patients on WhatsApp and in voice calls, day and night. The queue runs itself.

Move over the screens, or tap a ring, to look underneath.

The Theryve MCP app · Claude first

Building India's first actionable healthcare MCP.

Claude answers the question. Theryve connects it to India's healthcare backbone, its independent doctors: medicines, lab tests and a booked visit, in one conversation.

  • Medicines

Facts, same-salt alternatives and interactions, from India's medicine catalogue.

  • Lab tests

4,476 tests and scans, built on international LOINC codes, with how to prepare.

  • Doctor appointments

NMC-verified doctors nearby, live availability, and booking on WhatsApp.

Built to be trusted

  • Gives facts, not medical advice. Every clinical decision stays with the doctor.
  • Recommends on fit, never on payment.
  • Maps a symptom to the right specialist, never to a diagnosis.
  • Sends emergencies to 108 and the nearest emergency department.
  • Keeps the patient's number on the patient's phone.

Built with Claude

One founder. Claude Code as the engineering team.

Kartik Sanghavi

All my life I wanted to build a product like this. I don't write code. Claude made it possible.

I think every part through in Claude.ai, design the apps in Claude Design, and Claude Code builds, tests and ships them.

Kartik Sanghavi

Theryve was designed before it was built. For two months before the first line of code, the platform was worked out in Claude.ai and written down. Every part since has been thought through there first, and the apps designed in Claude Design.

Since January, Claude Code has built, tested and evolved it continuously:

  • Python agents on Google's Agent Development Kit
  • Next.js apps for patients, doctors and the team
  • a website builder that gives every doctor a site of their own
  • C++ firmware for the clinic devices
  • n8n workflows that tie the system together
  • a CI pipeline that checks every change before it ships

Grown since 6 January 2026

Every point of light is a real part of Theryve.

Scroll, and the system grows from its first commit into the mark it carries today.

Theryve Pulse

Calls every patient in by token, and by name if the clinic wishes, in English and Hindi. Checks patients in over Bluetooth, and keeps calling them in when the internet drops.

For startup programs and platform teams

Let's bring India's doctors into every assistant.

Theryve grows with the platforms it's built on. If you run a startup program, an API program or a partner team, the founder would like to talk.
